Employee Spotlight: Mike Greulich
With so many areas of expertise at Converge, there is no shortage of opportunities to learn. Recognising this quickly, Mike Greulich has wasted no time in learning a variety of areas of supply chain management and the electronics industry, gaining exposure to the many complex facets.
Since joining Converge in January 2021 as a Strategic Programs Representative, Mike has learned the fundamentals surrounding our services programs and how to drive improvements and create incremental value for our customers. He shares, “Converge exposes employees to several aspects of the electronics industry by providing learning and development with each responsibility they give their employees. I’ve learned so much in the eighteen months I’ve been here, and I can’t wait to continue learning.” Mike’s ability to innovate and proactively look for new approaches to solve business problems has shown him that “opportunity is everywhere” and no process is beyond improvement.
Throughout his time here, Mike has enjoyed both the collaborative culture and the dedication to finding high-quality solutions. He says that learning to ask questions has been incredibly valuable in partnering with colleagues, recommending that anyone who joins Converge, “ask questions. The whole team at Converge is focused on growth and your colleagues will be happy to explain processes, strategy, and help you along the way.”
When discussing Mike’s work with his team, it is evident that Mike has been an invaluable addition to the team. His manager, Kathleen Smith shares, “Mike has brought great energy and talent to the team. Being data-minded, driven, and client-focused, he has worked hard to enable us to create a well-rounded service team that improves our overall value to our clients, all while supporting global programs for the biggest and most demanding tech companies.”
Along with this, one of Mike’s colleagues, Kaitlin Pollara, Senior Manager, Global Key Accounts shares, “From working with Mike, it is evident that he is committed to creating a better customer experience across the board. Everyone that works with him is grateful for this commitment and appreciates his dedication.”
Having learned so much, it is no surprise that he has high hopes for the future of Converge and the electronics industry. As he looks to the future, Mike hopes that, “the team will continue to grow and keep a focus on learning and problem-solving. As the electronics industry continues to evolve, the ability to adapt to market needs will be vital and Converge provides exactly that for its customers. I look forward to helping the team capitalise on unexpected opportunities as the industry continues to change and present us with the technology and process enablers to drive positive outcomes for our customers.”
