Global RMA Guidelines

Customers who need to return product purchased from Converge, please follow the guidelines below for efficient service.

Contact your sales representative via telephone or email within 30 days of invoice date or applicable warranty period listed on the front of your invoice. Advise that you would like to request a Return for Material Authorization (RMA) number. Your sales representative may ask you to provide additional information such as date/lot codes, certified test reports, photos etc.

You may also download and complete the attached Customer RMA Request Form and e-mail or fax it to your sales representative who will submit it to the RMA Department. The RMA Department will review, and submit to Commodity Management for approval.
