Through our vendor managed program, we research and prequalify our vendor sources to ensure product received is procured from a safe and reputable source. In addition, we carefully prescreen all prospective vendors based on a rigorous set of product quality, dependability, and service standards.

Once a supplier is added to the Converge “approved vendor list,” we continually monitor and grade each supplier based upon set criteria, including product quality history and service fulfillment – identifying any potential problems or concerns well in advance, before they reach our customers.
