Data Security

Before remarketing, all systems are audited and tested to ensure that all data has been eliminated. If data exists, Converge offers data security services that provide erasure services in strict accordance with U.S. Dept. of Defense 5220.22-M standards at our ISO 9001- and ISO 14001-certified facilities.

We also offer a comprehensive software inventory identification service, which can be completed during the testing phase. This service is extremely beneficial for systems that still have software licenses and warranty services attached to them. Terminating or transferring software licenses and warranties on systems being remarketed can represent a significant cost-avoidance opportunity for your organization.

Chain-of-Custody Reporting

Asset Manager, our proprietary Web-based chain-of-custody reporting system, provides complete visibility of every serialized asset as it moves through each secure phase of processing. Detailed tracking reports enable viewers to identify when each asset is prepared for remarketing, along with possible recovery pricing. If assets are to be recycled and/or destroyed, certificates of destruction and/or recycling are issued for your permanent records.
