Converge’s forward supply chain vendor managed inventory program is a mutual partnership agreement that helps clients minimize their overall risk, obligation and exposure to fluctuating IT component inventory needs.

Utilizing our global infrastructure, logistics capabilities and expertise in delivering seamless electronic components distribution, Converge works with clients as a direct supplier for electronics components, limiting their exposure to cost variables associated with managing and maintaining their own inventory in-house. Inventory is delivered from inventory managed by Converge based on forecast schedules, minimizing a firms financial obligations in carrying excess inventory - while improving supply chain performance through:

• Efficient communication with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Visibility across multiple global EMS supply chain partners
• Ability to scale inventory based on changing forecasts
